Patti is the best you can ask for. She made herself available anytime I wanted to see a new place and each time with a smile and shared excitement. There were a number of issues that arose during my purchasing process and she made calls and knocked on doors until they were remedied. She was able to find the right people to track down a document that permitted me to keep a beautiful back yard studio that was not up to code because it was grandfathered in. She negotiated the total price of an "as is" house down after the home inspection turned up some issues. She has reliable connections that do quality services at good prices (home inspection). When we finally settled on a closing date (after a drawn out process with the bank), one of the people involved tried delaying it further and Patti fought tooth and nail to get him to keep his promise, and she won. Above all she is an absolute pleasure to work with and will do everything in her power to make sure that you get the best service you can ask for.
